We recommended three TWAIN-compliant scanners: the Fujitsu fi-6130 (faster), the Kodak i1120 (economical), and the HP Scanjet Pro 3000. Other scanners that are TWAIN-compliant should also work, but these are the ones we know work well.
DoxCycle supports Fujitsu ScanSnap via an alternate workflow, but if you're going to buy a new one, we suggest the TWAIN-compliant models for the most efficient processing.
