What time does it start in the morning?

Doors open and breakfast is served at 8 a.m. The presentation starts at 8:30 a.m. (If you're running behind, or travelling from afar you have a 30 minute cushion...)

Do I need a ticket to enter the event?

We use tickets to confirm your attendance and qualify you for the professional development credits. Please print your ticket attached to the order confirmation email and bring it to the event.  Or, open the Eventbrite app on your mobile device and show the confirmation when you arrive.

Someone else registered for me. How do I get my ticket?

If you registered a ticket on the behalf of someone else, that person must claim their ticket from the email they receive from Eventbrite. To claim a ticket, click on "Claim Your Order" within the email. It will open the Eventbrite website to log in or set a password.

How to do I get my certificate for professional development credits?

This year we are emailing out confirmation certificates for professional development credits after the event. Please make sure you register your attendance at the event in order to receive your certificate. If you are replacing someone else at the event, please let us know so we can update your certificate information and email you.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes, just call 1-888-841-3040  or contact us to make the change.

Can I transfer my registration to another location?

Yes, providing there is space available at that location. Call 1-888-841-3040 or contact us.

Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?

We will try our best. Call 1-888-841-3040 or contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Where can I park? Is it free or paid parking?

Please contact the venue for the most current information on parking.

I need to stay overnight in order to attend the event. Do I get a special room rate?

Because the event is only one day, we cannot negotiate a room rate for attendees.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

No. The presentation does not require a laptop. If you feel like bringing one though, you are more than welcome.

What language are you presenting in? English or French?

All seminars are presented in English. However, in Montréal, the presenter is francophone, and fluent in both English and French. The staff on hand to assist in Montréal will also be bilingual.
