After May 15, 2017, form RC59 will no longer be used to get online access to your business clients' information. Instead, the CRA will require you to complete an authorization request in Represent a Client. This new process will give you access to your business clients' information in five days or less instead of the 15 days it currently takes today using form RC59.
If you don't use Represent a Client and want to continue using the current process, you'll be able to use the form to request access to the information by telephone or mail.
