New T7DRA form coming this season in TaxCycle T1

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has discontinued the T7DRA pre-printed form. In its place, we will be including the new printable T7DRA form in TaxCycle T1, so you can print it and give it to your clients to can pay online, at their financial institution, or at a Canada Post retail outlet.

We are in the process of finalizing this form to meet the requirements set by the CRA. It is available in its Preview state in the current TaxCycle T1 2017 release. As soon as it is final, we will remove the Preview watermark.

A few things you should know about this form:

  1. This form is a multi-copy form. As soon as you enter a date at the top of the form, it creates a copy for that date. This means you can create as many copies as you need for your clients.
  2. Once the form is final, a QR code will appear on the remittance voucher containing the information required to make a payment with cash or debit at a Canada Post retail outlet.
  3. While the form mentions options for online or in-person payments, it is also possible to mail this form with a payment attached to the address on the form.
  4. We will retain the built-in T7DRA template for now so you can use up any supplies you still have of the pre-printed forms. However, it has been renamed to T7DRA Pre-printed
