Tax Technical Support Agent

Trilogy Software Inc. is a vibrant software company located in Calgary, AB, that prides itself on innovative software products and exemplary customer service. Thousands of accountants and tax preparers across Canada use our professional tax software. We’re seeking to hire a Tax Technical Support Agent to join our team.


  • Supporting our clients by answering their questions regarding income tax preparation using TaxCycle/DoxCycle on the phone or by email.
  • Assisting our clients with installations, configurations and using TaxCycle and DoxCycle.
  • Handling client requests related to product ordering and purchasing.
  • Testing various components when required.


  • Experience preparing personal or corporate tax returns is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of trust, partnership, charitable organization or t-slip return preparation is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess technical knowledge and experience with various operating systems, computers, accessories and peripherals.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical tax legislation concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills along with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in English and French (written and oral) is an asset.

Salary expectations

The salary will be commensurate with the qualifications of the successful candidate.
