Known Issue: Signed Documents Inaccessible to Preparer in TaxFolder

Some preparers have reported that they occasionally receive a signed document that will not open from the Client Dashboard in TaxFolder.

Workaround

  1. In TaxFolder, hover over the View Original button (it will appear disabled) and select Copy ID.
  2. Send the document ID to info@taxfolder.com and we will fix the issue for that document. 

Anticipated Resolution

We are working on a fix for this issue.
