We have received reports that TaxCycle will not run after installing the latest Windows 11 Insiders Preview build 22598, released this week.
We have confirmed that this issue only affects computers running a Windows 11 Insiders Preview version and that the standard Windows 11 is not affected.
If you run Windows 11 Insiders Preview and you installed build 22598, we recommend rolling back to the previous build to continue working with TaxCycle.
We have confirmed and reproduced this issue on a test machine and are actively investigating this issue. We will provide further information as soon as possible.
