CRA: Intermittent Slip Filing Issues Now Resolved

Last week, we received reports of intermittent issues with filing slips through the Internet file transfer (XML) portal.

Attempting to sign in or move through the T619 verification page produced the following types of errors:

• Please correct the error on this page. Error: Due to routine systems maintenance, this service is currently unavailable. We regret the inconvenience. Please try again later. 
• Error. We cannot process your request at this time. We regret the inconvenience. Please try again later. 

The CRA indicated this morning that they have resolved these issues.
