Review Tools

The TaxCycle Suite contains thousands of review messages to help you spot errors before filing and alert you to tax-saving opportunities. More  

TaxCycle automatically highlights fields with review messages so you can spot them. Form icons change when they contain an issue, making it easier to find forms with messages in the Prepare sidebar or among the open tabs. More  

Press F9 to see a full list of outstanding errors in the Review sidebar. Change the view to narrow the list of errors to a specific type of message, from EFILE errors to optional suggestions. Double-click on the message or click a blue link in a message to jump to a field or go to options. More  

Resolve issues from the Review sidebar. Hover over a message and if a lightbulb appears, click it to apply possible solutions. Hover over a field and click a blue link in the message to apply the Quick Fix. More  

Pick up a review mark in the Home menu to attach it to your cursor. Click on a field to flag it with a question or correction mark, or to apply a first review or second review check mark. Review marks appear on the form icon in the Prepare sidebar and you can filter the list in the Review sidebar to show only fields with review marks. More  

Easily disable unnecessary messages, as long as they don’t alert you to potential EFILE errors. More
