How was the switch to TaxCycle?

As a seasoned user of another tax software, I was worried about switching to TaxCycle. I was used to a simple interface, so when I first started with TaxCycle, I learned a lot by working directly with slips and forms. I can actually “see” the link and the calculations that are done between the slips, worksheets and forms. You have to be able to file returns very quickly and without errors. It used to take me about 40-45 minutes per return but now, it only takes me 5-10 minutes.

So I can say that the value for money of the software is amazing... it's definitively worth it. My experience was flawless and you were there when I needed it.

Does TaxCycle meet the requirements of Québec tax filing?

Although I haven't used all the features, I would say "yes". TaxCycle has the required forms, summaries and letters from Revenu Québec, and services offered like downloading tax data, NetFile Québec, and so on.

What do you like most about TaxCycle?

TaxCycle far exceeds the software I used. I like the interface, the client management features and the ability to create and customize templates. The software is flexible and we can adapt it to our needs! In fact, the integration of DocuSign into TaxCycle is flawless. I even made a template for signing into DocuSign.

Also, your customer support is the best! When I call for support, someone answers immediately or within a few minutes, and for an accountant, that is priceless! I have nothing but positive comments to make about TaxCycle. Kudos to the whole team who keeps developing and improving the software. It just keeps getting better!
