CRA: Plan to Address Contact Centre Issues

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has announced a 100-day Service Improvement Plan to address the demands for assistance and reduce wait times at their contact centres. The plan, running from September 2 to December 11, 2025, aims to increase the call answer rate, expand digital self-service options, and use new technology to improve service.
