Known Issue: RL-15 Electronic Filing Error 50572

We are aware of an issue where TaxCycle T5013 returns error 50572 when attempting to electronically file the RL-15. The error message reads: “The file is not valid because the data regarding the software used could not be validated.”

Anticipated Resolution

We will resolve this issue in the next TaxCycle update, scheduled for release later this week.
