Known Issue: TaxFolder Email Delivery Delays to Hotmail and Outlook

We are aware of an issue where some emails sent from TaxFolder to Hotmail and Outlook recipients are currently experiencing delivery delays.

TaxFolder shows the approval and signature requests as "Deferred" on the engagement page. This is due to temporary external processing limits currently being applied by these email providers.

Anticipated Resolution

We are actively investigating this issue and are working to restore normal delivery speeds. We will provide further updates as they become available.
