RESOLVED: Attempting to File T5013FIN, Slips and Summaries Results in Error

We are aware of an issue where attempting to file the T5013FIN, as well as T5013 slips and summaries, results in the error message: "The 'T5013Schedule75Data' element is not declared."

This issue is due to a schema change from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and affects all filing years.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle update. Please wait to file returns with capital gains or returns which require new schedules 75, 78 or 130.
