RESOLVED: Cannot File Dec. 31 Year End T1135 from TaxCycle T5013

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) currently rejects T1135 Foreign Income Verification Statements electronically filed from TaxCycle T5013 if the partnership has a fiscal period end of December 31, 2019, or later. T1135 forms for partnerships with fiscal periods ending on December 30, 2019, and earlier, transmit without error.

Resolution

TaxCycle T5013 has received an updated revision date code from the CRA for filing T1135 forms with fiscal periods ending up to May 31, 2020. We made this code available in version 9.1.38098.0. Please update TaxCycle before filing affected T1135 forms.
