RESOLVED: clicSÉQUR Transmission Error Code 13965

In the latest TaxCycle release, the service version number for clicSÉQUR returns was not updated. Transmitting a CO-17 return using clicSÉQUR from TaxCycle version 9.1.38833.0 and above (released May 5th or later) returns error code 13965.
