RESOLVED CRA: FHSA Data Imported Through AFR May Be Incorrect

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has identified an issue with First Home Savings Account (FHSA) data imported through Auto-fill my return (AFR), which may result in errors on T1 returns with Schedule 15, FHSA Contributions, Transfers, and Activities.

The CRA recommends that clients review their 2023 Notice of Assessment in My Account to confirm that the amounts provided by AFR for Schedule 15 are correct.

The CRA resolved this issue on March 17, 2025.
