RESOLVED: Error When Accessing Documents in TaxFolder

We are aware of an issue where clients are unable to open documents sent for signature in TaxFolder. TaxFolder returns an error message when attempting to open a document.

Workaround

Open the form in TaxCycle, then click on "View" in the banner at the top of the form to view the document. 

Resolution

We have resolved this issue.
