RESOLVED: Incorrect calculation on the T4PS

We discovered that a calculation on the T4PS is incorrect. The gross-up percentage calculates at a rate of 16% rather than 15%.

Workaround

Override the amount in box 25 (Taxable amount of dividends other than eligible dividends) with the correct gross-up percentage.

If you have already filed the slips, you will have to issue an amended T4PS slip to recipients to have the correct amount.

Resolution

TaxCycle version 9.1.38499.0 resolves this issue.
