RESOLVED: Miscalculation of Alberta Provincial Portion of PPA

We are aware of an issue where TaxCycle T2 may be miscalculating Alberta’s provincial portion of PPA (Prescribed Proxy Amount) in the S32WS when the AT1 S29 is completed. TaxCycle should be calculating a non-zero amount but may erroneously calculate an amount of zero in some cases.

Workaround

Press Shift + F2 to force a recalculation of the proxy amount. Once the proxy amount is calculated, press F2 to override the proxy amount and ensure that the amount does not revert to zero. 

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle update.
