RESOLVED: T2 2024 CInvoice Not Showing Total Amount

We have learned that the client invoice (CInvoice) template in TaxCycle T2 2024 is not showing the total amount owing.

Workaround

Edit the CInvoice template to remove the CurrentClient text:

1. Go to the Tools menu and click Template Editor.
2. Open the T2 2024 CInvoice.
3. Clone the template to create a copy of the template that you can customize.
4. Open the cloned template and remove the CurrentClient. text segment.
5. Click Save.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle update.
