RESOLVED: T2 S322 Doubling Taxable Income for PEI

For multi-jurisdictional (MJ) corporations with a jurisdiction in Prince Edward Island (PEI), the taxable income amount on line 1A of Schedule 322 is incorrectly doubled.

For example, in the screen capture below, the correct amount on Schedule 322 should be $490,462, as calculated on Schedule 5 for PEI.

Workaround

Override amount 1A on Schedule 322 with the correct amount from Schedule 5. The second field on Schedule 322 will then also show the correct amount.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle release.
