RESOLVED: TaxFolder Download to ZIP Unavailable

The option to download all files into a ZIP file in TaxFolder is currently not working. The request tries to process but does not complete.

Workaround

Open and download each file one at a time. 

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the evening on Monday, March 14, 2022.
