RESOLVED: TaxFolder Download to ZIP Unavailable

We have received reports that the option to download client files into ZIP folders in TaxFolder is currently not working.

Workaround

Click on individual client files to open and save each file manually.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxFolder update.
