RESOLVED: TP1 NetFile Transmission Failure

We have discovered that you cannot transmit a TP1 return via NetFile when the temporary fixed rate method is used on form TP-59.S-V to calculate employment expenses to work remotely because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The transmission is blocked by TaxCycle and no data is transferred to Revenu Québec.
