RESOLVED: TP1 Transmission Error

We've learned that TaxCycle cannot transmit TP1 returns to Revenu Québec NetFile system. When attempting to transmit, TaxCycle displays the following error:

“TaxCycle did not receive a response from the Revenu Québec. Please try again later.”

Resolution

Revenu Québec has adjusted the NetFile system to resolve the issue. You may now try transmitting returns again. Please keep in mind that if you attempt to retransmit a return that previously received the error above, you may see a response confirming that the return was already accepted.
