TaxFolder Update (February 1st, 2022)

On February 1st, 2022 we deployed an update to www.taxfolder.com. This update includes a technology upgrade and several other customer-reported resolved issues.

Technology Upgrades

• Technology updates to improve reported issues related to caching.

Resolved Issues

• Customer Report Fixed Http: 500 Error when trying to add a new client when the client is already a client in the requesting firm. The TaxFolder error message was incorrectly referencing the wrong email address.
• Customer Report Fixed Http: 500 Error when trying to add a new client when the client is already a client in another firm. TaxFolder error message was incorrectly referencing the wrong email address and blocking the addition of the client.
• Customer Report Fixed Notification to client that the preparer has shared files with them not getting triggered.

• This deploys a fix to a syntax issue during document signing which prevented Clear Signature from clearing signatures in ALL Completed Signature fields.
