An Update on Our Response to COVID-19


Following the declaration of a state of emergency by the City of Calgary in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we want to reassure you that TaxCycle has a continuity plan to support your business during this time.

The staff at TaxCycle are currently well and conducting business as usual. Those who work from our Calgary head office have the equipment they need to work from home. This includes our call centre staff.

If you and your staff are also working from home, your TaxCycle licenses are easily transferred to a different computer. Our license agreement allows for each person with a license to install TaxCycle in more than one location providing they are the only person using it.

During this temporary arrangement, we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities to you, our clients. We are very much open for business and continue to offer extended tax season support hours. However, you may notice calls from us that originate from a number other than our regular Trilogy Software line. Or we may also ask you to email us first so that we can call you back.

As this situation progresses, we will keep you informed via the News feed that you see when you open TaxCycle. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate contact us.
