Known Issue: Docusign Notifications

As of TaxCycle 15.0.58923.0, Docusign^® notifications are not updating in TaxCycle. The e-signature banners at the top of forms do not appear or update for Docusign® requests, and the related workflow items fail to complete upon receipt of a signature.

We have confirmed that TaxCycle continues to send e-signature requests successfully and that Docusign^® receives them for processing.

In the meantime, check your Docusign® portal to verify signature status.
