Known Issue: Template Editor Preview

The Template Editor now supports the T1TY* Module property for multi-year custom templates. This new property means that you no longer have to manually add a year to your custom templates to roll them forward each year.

In TaxCycle version 15.0.59766.0, templates with this property do not preview correctly. The Preview sidebar remains empty and no clients are displayed in the preview pane.

Workaround

1. Select all years for a module, then clear the check box next to the oldest year. For example, click Select all under T1 and then clear the box next to 2012.
2. Save the template.
3. Close and reopen the Template Editor.

We will resolve this issue in an upcoming TaxCycle release.
