Known Issue: Unable to Access Completed Documents in TaxFolder

We are aware of an issue where clients are unable to access signed documents from the link in the “Completed” notification email. After completing the SMS verification, TaxFolder is incorrectly redirecting to the TaxCycle sign in page instead of opening the completed document.

Workaround

You can access the document in the Client Portal. If you do not have a Client Portal, please wait for the issue to be fixed.
