Known Issue: Docusign Notifications

As of TaxCycle 15.0.58923.0, Docusign® notifications are not updating in TaxCycle. The e-signature banners at the top of forms do not appear or update for Docusign® requests, and the related workflow items fail to complete upon receipt of a signature.

We have confirmed that TaxCycle continues to send e-signature requests successfully and that Docusign® receives them for processing.

In the meantime, check your Docusign® portal to verify signature status.

Resolution

We have resolved this issue. With time, Docusign® should automatically resend the webhooks to update the status of existing requests in TaxCycle. However, you can also start this process manually from the Docusign® administration settings.

To access account administration settings, you must have either full account administrator or delegated permissions:

  1. Log in to Docusign®.
  2. Use this direct link to the Docusign® Connect page. (Alternatively in the top menu, click Admin. Then, in the left menu, select Integrations and click Connect.)
  3. Go to the Failures tab.
  4. Click Republish All.
