As of TaxCycle 15.0.58923.0, Docusign® notifications are not updating in TaxCycle. The e-signature banners at the top of forms do not appear or update for Docusign® requests, and the related workflow items fail to complete upon receipt of a signature.
We have confirmed that TaxCycle continues to send e-signature requests successfully and that Docusign® receives them for processing.
In the meantime, check your Docusign® portal to verify signature status.
We have resolved this issue. With time, Docusign® should automatically resend the webhooks to update the status of existing requests in TaxCycle. For any requests older than 15 days, you will need to start this process manually from the Docusign® administration settings.
