RESOLVED: TaxCycle Print to PDF Not Printing Logos

We have been made aware of an issue in the latest TaxCycle update where printing personalized client letters to PDF or DoxCycle does not display the custom logo image in the letterhead or signature line.

Workaround

You can roll back to a previous version of TaxCycle, or choose to print using Adobe or Microsoft Print to PDF instead.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle release.
