We have received reports of clients and TaxFolder end users not receiving the verification text/SMS from TaxFolder as expected, despite our system logs indicating that the SMS was successfully delivered to the recipient’s phone.
This is likely a result of you or your client’s mobile device automatically blocking text messages from unknown numbers, or having previously added an SMS from TaxFolder to the device’s block list.
