TaxFolder Update (February 28, 2023)

On February 28, 2023, we deployed an update to resolve intermittent outages affecting both tax preparers and end users. 

To address performance issues, we also the removed the following features from the Client Dashboard for now:

• Engagement information from the Client List tab.
• Sorting of the client files uploaded column.

The next time you connect to www.taxfolder.com, please close your browser first, then sign in again in a new browser window to re-issue the session tokens.
