Known Issue: Missing E-signature Anchors

If you personalize a letter before sending it for signature, TaxCycle does not add the e-signature anchors that indicate where to sign the letter. 

You CAN send custom templates for signature, as long as you make those changes in the Template Editor first. If you make one-time changes when viewing the letter in the client file, this personalizes the letter.

Workaround

If you wish to send a personalized letter for signature, print it to PDF, then request the e-signature from within TaxFolder.
