CRA: Update on Reporting of the Canada Carbon Rebate for Small Businesses

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has provided an update regarding the tax treatment of the Canada Carbon Rebate for Small Businesses. Following legislation passed by the Government of Canada on March 26, 2026, the rebate is non-taxable for all fuel charge years.
