DoxCycle 16.0.65115.0—Improved Data Extraction

This release updates the DoxCycle Software Agreement and improves data extraction from slips.

DoxCycle Software License Agreement Update

We have updated the DoxCycle Software License agreement in order to keep offering the high-quality support you count on from TaxCycle. 

The update clarifies what “basic technical support” covers, and how we handle requests that go beyond it: things like data recovery, custom configuration, workflow consultation, or an unusually high volume of calls or emails. We’ll offer support for these as separate professional services, with fees agreed to and communicated in advance.

Resolved Issues

  • Improved data extraction for T3, T4, and T5 slips, and medical, donations, and RRSP receipts.

  • Fixed an issue where importing sometimes caused a runtime error.

  • Customer Reported Fixed an issue where carrying forward and linking returns to TaxCycle did not work as expected.

  • Customer Reported Fixed an issue where TaxLink incorrectly linked unrelated clients with identical names to the same DoxCycle folder.
