TaxCycle

Our support hours are moving to Alberta Time (ABT) on November 1

Starting November 1, 2026, TaxCycle support will run on Alberta Time (ABT) all year. Alberta has adopted permanent Mountain Daylight Time, so its clocks no longer change twice a year.

Our support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ABT. From November to March, our hours fall at these times in your province or territory:

These times are general. Communities near time zone borders may follow a different time zone. Check your local time if you’re unsure.

You’ll still reach the same team of real people with real expertise. If you have questions about the change, visit our contact page at taxcycle.com/support/contact-us.

In addition, webinar schedules are moving to Eastern Time (ET) rather than Mountain Time (MT) across our website. We recommend verifying your schedule details following November 1.
