Known Issue: T2 "Method is not Valid for MultipleSnapshot" Error

If you attempt to open or convert a .2025T2 file with an active comparative snapshot in version 14.2.56699.0, TaxCycle displays the following fatal error:  "This method is not valid for MultipleSnapshot."

Workaround

To continue working in the file, complete the following steps.

1. Click Close of the error dialog box.
   
2. Go to the Tools menu, click on Show Variance and select No Variance.
   
   
   

Anticipated Resolution

We will correct this issue in the next TaxCycle release.
