This release resolves customer-reported issues discovered since the last update.

Release Highlights

Form Updates

  • TaxCycle Forms—Updated GST190 (GST/HST New Housing Rebate Application for Houses Purchased from a Builder) and GST190WS to the latest 2025 version. 
  • TaxCycle Forms—Updated UHT-2900 (Underused Housing Tax Return and Election Form) and the related UHT-183 form to the latest 2025 version.

Template Updates

  • Customer Reported T1—The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) section in the 2025 client (CLetter) and joint client (JLetter) letter now checks that the total family income is below the $90,000 threshold, while continuing to reference boxes 45 on the T4 and 15 on the T4A, to determine program eligibility.
  • Customer Reported T1—Resolved an issue where the T1135 section failed to appear in the 2025 client (CLetter) and joint client (JLetter) letter. Also removed the section about the Underused Housing Tax (UHT-2900).

Resolved Issues

  • Known Issue: Quick Fix for CCA RIIP Calculations Not Working in Coupled T1 Returns
  • Customer Reported TaxCycle Forms—Resolved an issue where TaxCycle was not allowing decimal points to be entered in the partnership percentage field on the T2059.
  • Customer Reported T5013—Updated to allow allocations to the partnership on TP-600 Schedule TPD and downgraded related review messages that blocked electronic transmission.
  • Customer Reported Excel Template Multi-form Import—TaxCycle no longer creates blank rows in expandable tables if there is no data entered in the related Excel row or column.
