If you downloaded and installed version 11.0.45520.0 using the full setup program (or from deployed automatic updated files), it will not automatically update to the next release.
Version 11.0.45520.0 contains an issue with the automatic update process. A message will alert you that there is a new update available, and when you exit TaxCycle, it will prompt you to update the software. However, the installation will not launch. TaxCycle will remain at version 11.0.45520.0.
Download and install the full setup program. This will correct the issue for the next time we offer an automatic update.
