We have discovered in TaxCycle version 10.2.43455.0 (released on May 31, 2021), where corporate linking inadvertently removes association and relationship codes on the CGI (Corporate Group Information) worksheet.
If you answer No to the check boxes in the Farming or fishing corporation column of the Identification table on the CGI worksheet, when TaxCycle flows data through corporate linking, the relationship and association codes may disappear.
This issue was resolved in the latest TaxCycle update.
