RESOLVED: DocuSign Status NOT Updating in TaxCycle

We've learned that in some cases, status for DocuSign® signature requests does not update in TaxCycle. You can still send requests, clients will receive the email and can sign documents. The banner showing the document status for the request does not appear at the top of the form to confirm that the request was sent or when it was signed. 


Check the status of the requests on the DocuSign® portal directly.


We resolved this issue on February 24, 2023.
