RESOLVED: Incorrect Signature Placement in TaxFolder

We have learned that, when creating a new signature or approval request from the Preparer Dashboard, the signature and date fields are not positioned correctly when dragged onto the document.

The signature and date fields snap into a position slightly above where the cursor is placed, causing the signature to appear incorrectly on the document when it is signed.

Workaround

In some cases, you can fix the misalignment by moving the signature and date fields to a position below the signature and date lines on the document.

Resolution

We resolved this issue in the latest TaxFolder update.
