We have learned that the 2024 T4Summary is excluding the amounts from boxes 16A and 27A on the T4 slip from the total amount calculated in box 80.
This issue does not affect files transmitted electronically through Internet File Transfer (XML) as they include the correct total amount.
If you need to urgently paper-file the T4 slip, override the amount in box 80 on the T4Summary to include the excluded amount in the total.
We resolved this issue in the latest TaxCycle update.
