We learned that TaxFolder’s Client File uploads is rejecting supported file types if the file extension is not in lowercase.
Rename the file to change the extension to a lowercase format (for example, use .qbb instead of .QBB for QuickBooks files) before uploading to TaxFolder.
We resolved this issue in the latest TaxFolder update.
