RESOLVED: TaxFolder Displays Extra Boxes Around Signature and Date Fields

TaxFolder is displaying additional coloured boxes around signature and date fields on signed PDFs.

This issue does not impact the validity or security of the electronic signatures.

Resolution

We have resolved this issue. 

Note: We have applied a fix to all affected documents. All impacted preparers and clients will receive a new notification email containing an updated link to the corrected document.
