TaxFolder Update (July 29, 2026)

On July 29, 2026, we deployed an update to TaxFolder that included the following improvements and fixes:

• Upgraded TaxFolder to use .NET 10 technology for improved performance and stability.
• Customer Reported Fixed an issue where notifications for signature requests and completed documents incorrectly displayed ampersands as “'”.
• Customer Reported Fixed an issue where underscores and periods in email addresses were treated as identical characters, triggering an “Unable to create client” error.
• Updated sorting behaviour when viewing client engagements.
• Added missing French translations while adding or editing a client. Also fixed the display of language names in Preparer settings when viewed in French.
• Updated the “Delete Client” action text to “Deactivate Client” (functionality remains unchanged).
• TaxFolder will now notify the preparer whenever a signature or approval request cannot be delivered to the client, ensuring failed deliveries are caught immediately.
