As of March 27, 2021, TaxFolder includes the following enhancements and fixes.
For Tax Preparers
You can now update the client’s phone number or email address for a signature or approval request that was already sent without moving or modifying a signature field to activate the Send for Signature button.
The To line in the activation email no longer shows jumbled information when sent to a client whose name has accented letters.
Improved layout of the Client Dashboard when viewed on a mobile device.
Resolved an issue preventing deletion of your profile picture.
Resolved an error that occurred when changing an engagement to Completed.
Refined theDocuments view in the client portal to improve usability, including improving wording and colours on buttons and document status indicators.
Added validation to prevent end users from submitting a signature that is only one dot in the signature field.
Added the ability to edit a signature before sending.
Improved handling of client file uploads where the document file name includes a period.

The TaxFolder icon showing in the print set in the Print/PDF sidebar to indicate when a print set will print to TaxFolder.
The single-form print dialog box displaying the phone number TaxFolder will use to send a verification code for confirming the person's identity before signing a document.
Completed dates and signatures fitting better in their boxes on templates.
Print Family from TaxCycle no longer causing duplicate engagements in TaxFolder.
